"I don't know where to begin about Toni Ward! My wife and I had our insurance with another State Farm Agency for well over 20 years. We decided a few years ago that it was logistically better for us to use an Agent closer to home. We thought it would just be a simple transfer of information but boy were we mistaken. Toni called us in and fine tooth combed all of our policies...home, auto and life. She made suggestions to us that we had never heard before. "Would not let me cancel my policy with out proof of insurance with another company why do we need to tell you what company I go to I didn't want you I never actually had your insurance I canceled it before the policy started I still had insurance with another company and you made me pay for the policy through another company send you proof that I had it there should be no issue with getting a full refund because I never had your insurance"
